DeckCMS Refund Policy

Our order and payment process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all DeckCMS orders and handles all billing-related inquiries. For payment issues, visit paddle.net.

7-day Free Trial

All new DeckCMS subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being billed.

Paid Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied after your first paid charge, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge by contacting us at support@lionridge.tech or Paddle at paddle.net. After the 14-day windows on your initial charge, all subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through your account portal to prevent future renewal charges.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — including a duplicate charge or a charge after confirmed cancellation — contact us at support@lionridge.tech and we will resolve it promptly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle at paddle.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly without a dispute.
