1. Introduction
DeckCMS (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a member engagement platform operated by LionRidge LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. The App is exclusively distributed and supported by Spark Bridge Solutions.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have regarding your data. By using DeckCMS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
- Name and Email Address — used to create and manage your account and to communicate with you about your membership and the App.
- Phone Number — used for account verification, support communications, and optional SMS notifications.
- Payment Information — billing details (such as card number, expiration date, and billing address) collected when you purchase a membership or subscription. Payment data is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
- Photos and Media — profile images or other media you choose to upload as part of your member profile or directory listing.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage and Analytics Data — information about how you interact with the App, including features accessed, session duration, crash reports, and general usage patterns. This data is used to improve App performance and user experience.
- Push Notification Tokens — a device token assigned by your mobile operating system when you enable push notifications, used solely to deliver notifications to your device.
- Device Identifiers — general device information (such as device type and operating system version) collected automatically to ensure App compatibility and performance.
c. Location Information
- Location Data — with your permission, we may collect your device’s location to provide location-aware features within the App. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings. We do not collect location data in the background without your explicit consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- Account creation and authentication — to verify your identity and manage access to the App.
- Service delivery — to provide the features and functionality of the DeckCMS platform to you and your organization.
- Payment processing — to facilitate membership dues, subscriptions, and other transactions.
- Communications — to send you transactional messages (receipts, account alerts), service updates, and, where you have opted in, promotional notifications.
- Push notifications — to send you relevant alerts and updates from your organization through the App.
- Member directory and profile features — to display your profile information within your organization’s member-facing experience.
- Location-based features — to provide functionality that benefits from knowing your approximate location, such as finding nearby members or relevant local content.
- App improvement — to analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the App’s performance and features.
- Legal compliance — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described below:
a. Payment Processors
Payment transactions are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), a third-party payment service provider. When you make a payment through the App, your payment information is transmitted directly to Paddle and is subject to their privacy policy. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
b. Cloud Infrastructure Providers
The App’s data is hosted on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean, a cloud services provider. Data stored on DigitalOcean’s servers is subject to their data processing agreements and security practices. DigitalOcean does not use your data for any purpose other than providing hosting infrastructure to us.
c. Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LionRidge LLC, our users, or the public.
d. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice within the App before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App’s services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
Usage and analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form after account deletion.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data and account.
- Portability — request that we provide your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt-out of notifications — disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App.
- Withdraw location consent — revoke location access at any time through your device settings.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@lionridge.tech. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days.
You may also delete your account directly within the App under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
7. Children’s Privacy
DeckCMS is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services operated by your membership organization. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification through the App or by email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
